Warranty Policy

Kamkwat Limited RMA policy terms & conditions (updated 21 November 2017):

​

1. All stock Kamkwat Limited sells do not carry warranty unless otherwise agreed between Kamkwat Limited and the buyer.  However, we can do our best effort to fulfil warranty and RMA requests if the sold products carry warranty with our suppliers.

All incurred costs including shipping, labour and admin will be charged to the buyer.

 

2. Pre-approval is needed before any product is returned.  Invoice number and IMEI/Serial number must be provided for confirmation.

 

3. Warranty service terms & conditions and service charge is solely determined by the official service centres or our suppliers.  If any service, repair charge is incurred by the official service centre, all charges plus any additional admin / shipping cost will be charged to the buyer.

 

4. Service lead time is solely determined by supplier official service centres or our suppliers.

 

5. All products returned should not have cosmetic defects including but not limited to scratches and dents.  All products returned should not have PIN lock or any other kind of lock such as repair mode PIN lock.  Products returned with cosmetic defects officially lose warranty, Kamkwat Limited will process the warranty service for such products only after USD 50 per unit service charge is paid by the buyer.  Buyer need to understand that additional cost such as inspection fee may be charged by supplier official service centre and buyer will be charged for the same additional cost.
