HK Tablet Levy

Applicable to Hong Kong local customers only:

Buyer agrees all tablet products are strictly for export only, NOT for local sales/use in Hong Kong. Buyer also agrees to maintain records and proof for export shipment, and provide the information accordingly upon request by the Environmental Protection Department or Kamkwat's auditors.

 

Buyer must inform Kamkwat Limited and pay HKD 15 Recycling Levy per tablet if ordered tablet products are for local sales/use in Hong Kong.

買方同意所有平板電腦產品必須出口，不在香港本地銷售及使用。買方同意保存出口運輸記錄和單據，並在環保署或買方審計公司要求時提供相關資料。

所有在香港本地銷售及使用的平板電腦產品，買方必須通知康吉公司及繳交每台HKD15的循環再造徵費。
